All my life, I never had a girlfriend. Always shy and not too good looking. Unlike my friends who were allowed posters on their walls, I never was. My dad died when I was young and I never had a male figure to look up to except movie stars and rock stars. Never have I been asked out to a dance or anything. Whenever I did get the courage to ask, I got laughed at. I felt repressed. Hope I am using that word correctly. So heres the thing and I know it will sound strnge I guess, but I have been putting lingerie pictures of Victoria's Secret girls up on the computer screen background. It is my mom's computer but I use it about 40% of the time. For some reason, I am not to put more than one account on the computer so I place them on that one. The pics stay up there all the time. When I'm not at home or anywhere else. I guess you could say that after everything that has gone on, the pics make me feel safe and give me a reason to smile in my life. I look at them in innocents so don't think that theres any foul play going on with these pics on the screen. Can someone please give me their opinions on what might be wrong? I have recently noticed that sometimes I will go from being quite energetic and chatty, to suddenly feeling all depressed, like I don't want to talk to anyone. I know everyone has ups and downs but I don't seem to notice this in other people, everyone I know acts the same all the time. It happens a lot like, I will be great one minute and the next I'll be really emotional. My gf broke up with me after 20 months before she fell out of love with me and asked we stay friends. I told her i cannot be her friend, at least not now and accepted the breakup. The next day she phones/texts me telling me how lonely she feels, how she cried the whole day, but still talked about us being 'friends'. I told her to think about her decision and call me at a later stage regardless if she feels the same - she said she had enough time to think about her decision but agreed to it. I started to have no contact with her for about 2 weeks now. Since she has been posting sad songs on facebook ('im here alone', 'time heals wounds' etc), and started to post loads of pictures of herself having fun at parties. I'm not really that bothered but, she texted me a few days ago asking how i am. I ignored her. Now she phoned me in the middle of the night and as soon as i started to talk she burst into tears .. since she did not say anything i just hanged up. I love her so much and i do want her back but i dont understand this behaviour. What chances do i have/should i do?
